Confirm the registered number and country code, check reception and message filtering, then respect the resend timer. Use the newest code only. If messages still fail, report the delivery issue through verified operator support.
Confirm where the code is being sent
Compare the masked destination on the screen with the number you registered. A phone number entered in a recovery form may differ from the one stored on the account. Re-entering the same incorrect number will not solve delivery, and a code sent to another person is not yours to request from them.
On a dual-SIM phone, check that the relevant SIM is active and receiving service. Mobile data working through one SIM does not establish that the registered SIM can receive SMS. If you no longer control the old number, use the operator’s account-recovery process rather than trying to change ownership through an OTP shortcut.
Check the phone before requesting another code
Look for mobile reception and check whether ordinary service messages are arriving. Review the messaging app’s spam or blocked-message area without turning off every protection. Do not install an unknown SMS reader promoted as an OTP repair tool.
If you recently changed phones, moved the SIM or changed network service, make a note of that context for support. The website cannot guarantee a particular carrier’s delivery time. A short pause followed by a fresh attempt can be more informative than a burst of requests.
- Check the correct SIM and the registered country code.
- Look in message filters and blocked sender settings.
- Keep the login screen open while waiting for its stated timer.
- Record when a code was requested, not the code itself.
Why several resend requests can create confusion
Some verification systems invalidate an earlier code when a new one is issued. Messages can arrive out of order, so the last SMS you receive is not always the code for the request you are currently completing. Compare timestamps and use the newest valid request according to the page instructions.
If the page says a code expired, request a fresh one only after the available timer permits it. Avoid copying digits from an old notification. There is no reason to pay someone for a faster code or give a support caller access to your messages.
Report a delivery problem with useful details
Send the approximate request time, country code, masked number, device model and the exact delivery message to a verified support channel. State whether other SMS messages work and whether the problem occurs during login, registration or recovery. These are separate flows and may be handled differently.
Do not include the OTP in a screenshot or forward your full message inbox. If you receive an unsolicited code when you are not logging in, do not approve a request or disclose the code. Review account security through the website address you trust.
Frequently asked questions
01Does a missing OTP mean my account has been deleted?
No. Missing delivery alone does not establish account status. Check the destination and phone first, then ask verified support if the problem continues.
02Can support ask me to read out my login OTP?
You should not disclose a login OTP to a caller or chat agent. Enter it only in the verified screen that requested it.
