THE SHORT ANSWER

Compare the information preserved for each accepted entry: variant, round ID, selection, amount, timestamp and final status. No account-history feature or reliability advantage is independently verified for either operator here. Use the checklist to assess current evidence, not to assume a winner.

Distinguish public results from personal instructions

A result row concerns a game round. An entry record concerns an instruction associated with an account. Those records answer different questions. Before judging a settlement, establish that the entry was accepted for the round you are viewing.

A screenshot showing a highlighted selection does not necessarily prove acceptance. Likewise, the newest row in a history list may be a different round from the one you intended. Compare exact references and variants rather than relying on the position of a row.

Build a checklist of information needed for a dispute

A useful record makes it possible to reconstruct what was accepted and which rules applied. Save the entry reference, variant and relevant timestamps along with the final status. The operator’s documentation should explain labels that otherwise remain ambiguous.

This is not a claim that both services provide all the fields below. Check the current interface and ask for missing explanations. A field that is unavailable should remain marked unknown rather than being inferred from an animation.

FieldQuestion it resolves
Variant and providerWhich rules apply?
Round IDWhich outcome should be compared?
Entry referenceWhich instruction was accepted?
Selection and amountWhat was actually recorded?
Settlement statusWhat final action does the operator report?

Compare timestamps in the same time zone

Submission, acceptance, result publication and settlement may happen at separate times. A phone clock can differ from the system time used for acceptance. Read the stated time zone and compare full dates, especially around midnight.

If a page freezes, record the interruption and inspect the existing entry before repeating an action. Do not assume an absent confirmation means the original instruction failed. The version’s interruption rules and final records are the relevant evidence.

Turn the discrepancy into a specific question

Explain whether the uncertainty concerns acceptance, the round result or the amount settled. Include the existing reference and a redacted screenshot. A focused question is easier to investigate than a collection of unrelated result images.

Neither a history screen nor a support reply guarantees the next outcome. Do not interpret a recent sequence as a reason to change services or increase activity. This article does not publish prediction signals or a comparative accuracy score for OK Win and RaxiWin.

Frequently asked questions

01Does a public result list prove my entry was accepted?

No. Match it with the accepted-entry record for the same variant and round.

02Does this article verify which platform has better records?

No. It supplies a practical checklist and does not claim to have audited both account-history systems.
